Leaning Posts & Seating

Leaning posts and seating built around how you fish

The leaning post is where you spend the ride. If it's the wrong size, you're either cramped or reaching for the wheel. JC builds posts to the space behind your console and adds what you'll actually use: storage, rod holders, a cutting board, arm rests, or a backrest that comes off.

The same work covers other seating too: backrests for flats-boat seats, and full airboat seating with an engine cage.

Options shown on this page

  • Storage underneath, open or enclosed
  • Leg and foot support bar
  • Built-in rod holders and cup holders
  • Cutting board on the back
  • Arm rests
  • Removable backrest
  • Black, white or bare aluminum frames
  • Flats-boat seat backrests and airboat seating

Often built with the T-top

Several of the boats on our T-tops and hard tops page got a matching leaning post at the same time, so the frames line up and the finish matches.

If you're planning both, it's worth doing them together.
