Rod Holders

Rod holders where you need them, on the transom and up top

Factory boats rarely come with enough rod holders, and the ones they do have aren't always where you'd put them. JC builds transom-mount racks and adds rod holders across the back of T-tops and hard tops.

The transom work below ranges from a five-rod rack to a seven-rod rack, plus holders tucked in behind the motors. Up top, holders were added to the rear of existing T-tops or built into new hard tops.

Seven-rod transom-mount rod holder rack

Where they go

  • Transom-mount racks (five- and seven-rod racks shown)
  • Holders mounted behind the motors
  • Across the rear of a T-top or hard top
  • Built into a leaning post
  • Wall racks and rod carts for the house or shop

Storage off the boat too

Rods need somewhere to live when the boat is on the trailer. See the wall-mount rod racks and the rod cart on our custom fabrication page.
